Tino joined FRPD in 1989 and has served as Vice President of Dredging and Survey since 2008. He oversees FRPD’s dredging and survey divisions, supports project operations and contract negotiations, manages client relationships and oversees an extensive dredging equipment fleet. Since joining the company, Tino has advanced through roles including Dredging Technologist and Division Manager.
