Ray joined FRPD in 2023 and oversees maintenance of the company’s equipment fleet, including dredging vessels. He also manages yard operations, purchasing and inventory that support project execution. Ray brings over 25 years of marine engineering and training experience from the Royal Canadian Navy and BC Ferries.
