Neil joined FRPD in 2017 as HSEQ Manager. He manages FRPD’s Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Program and Quality Programs, which are based on ISO 9001. Previously, Neil served as Copper and Construction HSE Superintendent at Rio Tinto Mongolia’s Oyu Tolgoi Project. He also has held senior HSE management positions with Redpath Mining Contractors and Engineers, both domestically and internationally.
